At Chaya we truly love food. As an essential daily ritual, we believe eating should not only be a healing practice, but also a celebration of life; using beautiful ingredients prepared with care, consideration and of course, love.
Everything we eat has a direct effect on our sense of well being; we are indeed, what we eat. On our retreats, we aim to create the perfect menus to support your complete replenishment and rejuvenation, by providing you with locally sourced, naturally high-in-energy and perfectly balanced meals.
We use zero processed foods, no refined sugars or salts, low gluten, and alkaline-forming ingredients, to produce high-vibe, nourishing, gourmet plant-based menus. All whilst ensuring each mouthful is a thoroughly divine taste experience.
'Chaya Kitchen' aka sustainable chef Laura Paine and wellbeing food teacher, cook and plantbased chef, Chaya founder Lucy Hill, cook seriously from the heart - with the intention of creating meals that look as good as they taste, as good as they feel.
We never compromise on abundance or flavour - and we promise you'll leave us feeling lighter, brighter and inspired about your approach to food when you get home.

Chaya Kitchen can cater for all events, tastes and dietary requirements, for individuals and private dining, and from small groups through to large scale parties.
Lucy has worked with clients such as Selfridges and the Soho House Group, creating unique recipes and teaching how to make deliciousm healing food.
